F.A.T Dog

To coincide with the launch of her brilliant new book “Pickled”, we have collaborated with  Freddie Janssen to bring you the F.A.T Dog. Available until the end of May only, the F.A.T dog includes ingredients from the book along with some added special creations.

The gourmet hot dog is topped with bourbon pickled okra; specially made jalapeño crisps made with pickled and dehydrated jalapeño seasoning; and to finish is spiked with umami ketchup.

Pickle-lover Freddie Janssen is the founder of F.A.T, a pop-up cafe, super club and purveyor of pickles, kimchi and sauces all made by Freddie and now stocked in restaurants and stores across London.  She can also be regularly found amongst her pickles and killer grilled sandwiches at her stall in Druid Street Market.

His champagnes are like premium white and rose wines spiced with bubbles. Unencumbered by the history and tradition of the Marne, Olivier has set out to make simple, intimate, and vinous Champagne that showcase the terroir of Les Riceys.
