New Menu – A Taste Of Nostalgia

Towards the end of last year, Sandia and the team were busy experimenting in the kitchen and have come up with a carefully curated selection of new, good time snack dishes, to sit alongside our classic hot dog menu – Creating a well-balanced, creative menu that captures the philosophy of bubbledogs anytime of the day.

Starting with snacks, highlights include potato skins with sour cream & chive dip, nachos with all the works or get loaded with our loaded tots selection. If you just want to pop in and hang by the bar, exploring our grower Champagnes, get your fingers into our baked camembert with truffle duxelle & crisps. Finishing with our new Chocolate Hot Dog, yes that’s right, CHOCOLATE Hot Dog, jivaiza chocolate ganache with sweet brioche topped with cherry & banana sauce.

Not forgetting of course, our guest dogs that like to make monthly appearances, we’ve got some good ones coming up, with The Chippy Dog from The Crown at Bray team extending into February, plus the Black Axe Mongrel (smoked eel, XO Sauce & shitty hot dog onions) will be featuring from Lee Tiernan of Black Axe Mangal – Double WHAM!

Our new menu launches from Tuesday 24th January and is available for lunch, dinner, bar gatherings, drop ins..

The start of the week is always such a drag and the start of a new year is twice as hard, to help get you through it this January, we have decided due to popular demand to bring back liquid dinners, BUT not just for dinner, for lunch too!

Make January a wet one, Monday through to Wednesday, buy a bottle of Champagne and we will give you two complimentary dogs of your choice to enjoy with a friend or even just by yourself, for lunch or dinner.

T&C’s: Quote ‘#WetJanuary’ on arrival, only available on Monday – Wednesday for either lunch or dinner from Monday 9th January until Tuesday 31st January. The Crown Chippy Dog is not included within this selection offer.

Red Online – Best Champagne To Drink At Christmas

“I think Christmas morning might be the only day where drinking Champagne at 8am is completely acceptable with no judgement whatsoever. Aaahhh…that sip of alcoholic sparkling goodness! But we shouldn’t forget it is a day of celebration and we need to make sure that we not only cherish the family and friends around us on that special day, but also to drink well and be merry” Sandia Chang

Our very own fizz expert, Sandia tells us her top three favourite Champagnes to uncork this festive season, for her December Red Online column.
