National Champagne & Hot Dog Month

So we love any chance to celebrate here at Bubbledogs, and we also love any chance to shout about fun, unusual and unique National Days! I mean, what would we all do without National Ketchup Day or National Tater Tot Day?

This month, we were spoilt for choice on what to celebrate, as on the 14th July it’s the French national holiday of Bastille Day and on the 19th July it’s National Hot Dog Day! With these dates in mind we thought, screw it! Lets create our own holiday and celebrate the homeland of Champagne and worship of the hot dog…

Champagne Collin-Guillaume Producer Night

Champagne Collin-Guillaume have been winegrowers in Champagne for over six generations. Didier and Dominique Collin-Guillaume operate 8.5 hectares on 3 terroirs where Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay are grown, but also old white grape varieties carefully preserved: Arbanne and Petit Meslier.

Come and join us for dinner on Saturday 24th June and meet winemaker Pauline Bereche of Collin-Guillaume for yourself, where she will be pouring her creations for the evening and most importantly giving more insight into the production of the bubbledogs own label, Collin-Guillaume, Rosé, Brut.
