Bubble dogs

Chef superstar Andrew Wong from A.Wong restaurant in Victoria, has collaborated with us and designed a guest chef hot dog, exclusively for us to ring in the Chinese New Year. The guest dog is based on the classic Kung Pao Chicken dish that can be found in many Chinese restaurants and is called Red Chimp, in honour of the Chinese New Year of the Monkey! ​

Munch on a homemade Kung Pao ketchup, pickled celery, onions, chillies, topped with toasted cashews, scallion and a dog of choice (beef, pork or vegetarian), available for the whole of February for just £7.50.
