Towards the end of last year, Sandia and the team were busy experimenting in the kitchen and have come up with a carefully curated selection of new, good time snack dishes, to sit alongside our classic hot dog menu – Creating a well-balanced, creative menu that captures the philosophy of bubbledogs anytime of the day.
Starting with snacks, highlights include potato skins with sour cream & chive dip, nachos with all the works or get loaded with our loaded tots selection. If you just want to pop in and hang by the bar, exploring our grower Champagnes, get your fingers into our baked camembert with truffle duxelle & crisps. Finishing with our new Chocolate Hot Dog, yes that’s right, CHOCOLATE Hot Dog, jivaiza chocolate ganache with sweet brioche topped with cherry & banana sauce.
Not forgetting of course, our guest dogs that like to make monthly appearances, we’ve got some good ones coming up, with The Chippy Dog from The Crown at Bray team extending into February, plus the Black Axe Mongrel (smoked eel, XO Sauce & shitty hot dog onions) will be featuring from Lee Tiernan of Black Axe Mangal – Double WHAM!
