Olivier Horiot, is the prime example of the next generation of “rebellious” producers, making wine in their own way. His champagnes are like premium white and rose wines spiced with bubbles. Unencumbered by the history and tradition of the Marne, Olivier has set out to make simple, intimate, and vinous Champagne that showcase the terroir of Les Riceys.
