Bubbledogs returns to the capital this summer, bringing gourmet hotdogs and grower Champagne pairings to Park Lane.

Open from now until the 29th of September for both lunch and dinner, this long-awaited return comes in collaboration with 45 Park Lane’s Executive Chef Elliott Grover, working alongside the husband-and-wife duo, Sandia Chang and James Knappett, of two Michelin-starred Kitchen Table.

Beyond the pop-up, Bubbledogs lives on through Bubbleshop by Sandia Chang; a one-stop online shop for those wishing to purchase the finest grower Champagnes, delivered nationwide. Bubbleshop features bottles from some of Champagne’s most exciting and experienced producers, alongside those from lesser-known vineyards, all handpicked by award-winning sommelier Sandia Chang.
