All of our Champagnes are made by hard working farmers that tend to their own vines and lovingly craft their own Champagnes. These smaller Champagne houses have very little to compete with the Grand Marques, therefore this is our support for them.

Myriam Chaperon has been with us from the very beginning. You can find her pretty much doing everything from making bespoke cocktails, showing off her extensive Champagne knowledge or greeting the guests at the door.
Ernest Walsh
Ernest Walsh is our fun loving waiter with the bow tie! If you need a good laugh or hear a good laugh, Ernie is the man. Besides from a plethora of Champagne knowledge, he's also knows a lot about a lot of things.
Ernesto Paiva
Ernesto Paiva reigns the helm in the bubbledogs kitchen. Our head chef originates from Argentina and knows how to cook a mean sausage. Apparently he's great at making pasta too! Maybe a Champagne and pasta restaurant next?

News

Bubbledogs New Summer Menu

The World Cup has Now Come and Gone, as have our Dogs of the World. Although we just had to keep the ever popular Currywurst, with bubbledogs curry sauce and fried potatoes.

We also have some of our classics return to the menu, such as our Breakie Dog with fried egg, tomato relish, crispy bacon and black pudding. One of our most popular hot dogs is also returning, the Mac Daddy! Gooey, cheesy, macaroni piled on the hot dogs with toasted bread crumbs, fried onions and crispy bacon bits. Oh so naughty but oh so good!

Two new and soon to be favourite hot dogs featured on our menu are the Charlie Brown and the Chippy Dog. The Charlie Brown hot dogs is covered with Malaysian Satay sauce with cucumber ribbons on top. Whereas the Chippy Dog is a battered sausage with Edinburgh chippy sauce, inspired by our Scottish General Manager.
