Welcome to bubbledogs, a Champagne bar that does not serve caviar.

Instead, sink your teeth into some gourmet hot dogs and quench your thirst with some of the world’s greatest grower Champagnes.

We only take reservations for groups of 6 or more.
Our reservation lines are open Tuesday - Saturday from 9am - 11:30am.

* All smaller parties welcome at the door. Please note there may be a short wait, but it will be worth it.

We offer a choice of all pork, all beef and vegetarian hot dogs. All of our hot dogs are made from 100% British pork and beef with our very own recipes.

All of our Champagnes are made by hard working farmers that tend to their own vines and lovingly craft their own Champagnes. These smaller Champagne houses have very little to compete with the Grand Marques, therefore this is our support for them.

Vilmart & Cie Wine Tasting

Winery of Vilmart & Cie
Monday 28th January, after trains and cars and Channel crossing, we finally arrived at the beautiful winery of Vilmart & Cie.

Laurent Champs is 5th generation wine maker for Vilmart. His father was not only a pioneer wine maker for their family estate but also a talented stained glass maker.

The oldest vintage we tasted
The oldest vintage we tasted was approximated to have been disgorged over 25 years ago. Vintage was unknown. It still tasted fresh as sun light with the most mature wheat biscuit taste.
